1. Open the package, you can see that there are roughly several parts: a pair of frame, a seat cushion, a handlebar, a pair of safety pedals, a water bottle, a meter, a frame with a non-slip pulley (rear), and a leveling valve Support rod (front), some screws, etc. accessories.
2. Install the main frame of the spin bike;
3. Install safe pedals;
When installing the safety pedal, pay attention to the left and right. Generally, the pedals are marked: L, R. L stands for left and R stands for right. When installing, the pedal should be aligned with the fixed rod on which the pedal is installed, the left pedal should be twisted clockwise, the right pedal should be twisted counterclockwise, and it can be tightened with a wrench.
4. Install handle bar, seat and meter;
There are 4-5 screw holes at one end of the fixing bracket for installing the handle bar, which is easy to identify, and then there is an adjustment knob at the lower left of the bracket, and a small adjustment knob in the front, which can be tightened; now you can install the handlebar on the bracket on the top, align the screw holes, and tighten with the screws with nuts. Even after the handlebar is installed, you can install the meter, align the bayonet, directly clip the main handlebar, and finally plug the two wire ends into each other, connect the rear of the instrument; the seat can be installed below, install the seat wire to install the fixed seat cushion bracket, fix it with the adjustment knob, put the front and rear adjustment brackets on the knob to fix it, and finally put the seat cushion on it , tighten the screws with a wrench, and the installation of the front, seat and instrument is roughly completed.
Now we have finished setting up the spin bike. Adjust the height and position of seat and handle bar height, then you can start your wonderful cycling.
